Roc-Master was awarded by Yantai CIMC Raffles Offshore Ltd for FPSO MARECHAL DUQUE DE CAXIAS-MERO 3 PROJECT，and the project has been delivered successfully with quality and quantity guaranteed on time,products as follows:

1.  SEAWATER LIFTING SYSTEM-CLADDING PIPING prefabrication,which include clad pipes,clad fittings,clad flanges, weld overlay cladded by S31803.Maximum OD is DN1200.
2. 22 RISERs’ prefabrication in Roc-Master and field installation,which include Cladded Swivel Flanges; Cladded Compact Flanges; Cladded API Flanges; c/w Bolts Nuts/ Gaskets，Cladded Pipe; Cladded Bends，Clamp Support+SLEEVE+ neoprene, Anchor Support, base materials are S31803,S32760,weld overlay cladded by Inconel 625.
3. 494 pieces Topside 3D bends with DSS and SDSS materials, which include A790 S31803/S32750 etc.,dimension scope 6”-10”,wall thickness scope WT19.05~WT34.93 mm,the product obtained DNV 3.2 certificate.
