CLAD Flanges to KOC GC-32 Project

In 2018, Roc-Master signed significant contract with PETROFAC for the supply of CS/INCONEL 625/ CLAD flanges to KOC GC-32 Project. The total weight of flanges reaches more than thousands of tons, size ranged from 1/2”-48”, rating from CL150CL-CL1500. Roc-Master realized batch deliveries to multiple fabrication yard both domestic and abroad. Project team works together to satisfy customer’s needs by solving technical issues, coordinating inspection arrangement, fully conducting quality control requirement, and succeeds in supplying high quality products. Till end of year 2019, Roc-Master has completed the delivery to main order as well as supplementary orders.

Roc-Master signed contract with COOEC for LS 17-2 project for the scope of supply of Aluminum Bronze bolts; PLR flanges as well as big size J-Collars.

Modification of product range included in the recognition for BV MODE II SCHEME and added pre-fabricated pipings

Roc-Master successfully modified product range included in the recognition for BV MODE II SCHEME and added pre-fabricated pipings in Mar, 2020,which laid solid foundation for participating in future projects with Classification Society required.

Roc-Master successfully supplied clad piping products to ADNOC Mega Project -BIFP

In September of year 2018, Roc-Master has signed significant contract with CPECC for the supply of Pipeline Flanges and Clad Piping products to BIFP (ADNOC) Project. Till begin of year 2020, Roc-Master already successfully shipped more than 4KM cladded pipes, thousands of cladded fittings, solid and cladded flanges, hundreds of anchor flanges, more than two thousand pipeline flanges to site. All products are strictly in compliance with ADNOC specification and SHELL standard. In April 2017, Roc-Master received the PPL Tender No.SMP/FP/301/2016 for supply of Duplex and CRA Lined/Clad Line Pipes Well Nasr X-1 Feeder Line at Gambat South which is a thin-wall pipe weld overlay project.

By July 2017, Roc-Master has successfully supplied more than 100 pcs of 45°and 90°CLAD BENDs (API X65+CRA 625) to COOEC PETROBRAS FPSO P67/P70.
